And no one really says get over it for slavery. How many times do white people have to say they’re sorry for things that happened 300 years ago?
A better picture for the bottom one would have been something from the 40s or 50s dealing with segregation laws. :/
We’ve been talking about racism and slavery in one of my classes the past week. I feel like this is appropriate.
